Set your support verification PIN
A support PIN lets our team confirm your identity before making account changes — protecting you from anyone impersonating you.
Steps
- Go to Settings → Security → Support verification PIN.
- Enter a 4–6 digit PIN and save it.
- Keep it private. When you contact support, we may ask for this PIN to verify you.
Change it
Return to the same section and set a new PIN at any time.
Troubleshooting
- Forgot your PIN? — set a new one from Settings → Security while signed in.
- Never set one? — support can verify you other ways, but a PIN is faster and safer.
