Invite a team member and set their role
Invite a team member and set their role You can share account access with your team and control what each person can do. Roles - Primary — the account owner. Full control, including billing and ownership. - Admin — manage services, team, and settings; no ownership transfer. - Tech — manage websites, domains, and email; limited account/billing access. Invite someone 1. Go to Settings → Team members. 2. Click Invite, enter their email address, and choose a role (Admin or Tech). 3. Send the invite. They'll get an email to join; pending invites are listed here. Change or remove access - Change a role — pick Admin or Tech next to a member. - Remove a member — click Remove; they lose access immediately. Accept an invitation If you were invited, open the email and follow the link, or sign in and check pending invitations in your settings. Troubleshooting - Invite not received? — check spam; confirm the email address is correct and resend. - Can't change roles? — only the Primary and Admins can manage the team. Switch between your accounts
Switch between your accounts One login can belong to several accounts (for example a personal account and a business one). Switch the active account 1. Go to Settings → Accounts. 2. Find the account you want and click Switch. The dashboard reloads scoped to that account. Create another account In Settings → Accounts, click Create account, choose Personal or Business, and fill in the details. Merge two accounts If you have duplicate accounts, you can merge them: 1. In Settings → Accounts, choose Merge. 2. Pick which account to keep and which to close. You must be the Primary of both. 3. Confirm. This is irreversible — services and data move into the kept account. Troubleshooting - Don't see an account? — you may not be a member; ask its Primary to invite you. - Can't merge? — you must be Primary on both accounts. Transfer account ownership
Transfer account ownership The Primary member owns the account, including billing and the ability to close it. Ownership can be handed to another member. Steps 1. The person receiving ownership must already be a member of the account (invite them first — see Invite a team member). 2. Go to Settings → Team members. 3. Start the ownership transfer to the chosen member and confirm. For security this may require confirmation and can have a short waiting period before it finalizes. 4. Once complete, they become Primary and your role changes to Admin. Troubleshooting - Person not eligible — they must be an existing member; invite and have them accept first. - Only the current Primary can start a transfer.
