Reset your WordPress admin password

Steps

1. Go to Websites → [site] → Access (site access / credentials).
2. Use the option to reset the WordPress admin password. You'll set or receive a new password for the admin user.
3. Log in to yourdomain.com/wp-admin with the new password and update it to something memorable and strong.

Alternative

You can also reset it from the WordPress login page ("Lost your password?") if your site can send email.

Troubleshooting

• Didn't get the WordPress reset email — use the portal's Access reset instead; email delivery from the site may not be configured.
• Still can't log in — clear cookies/cache, confirm you're using the admin username, or restore a recent backup.
