Manage plugins, themes & WordPress core

Steps

1. Go to Websites → [site] → CMS.
2. Plugins & themes — activate, deactivate, or deactivate-all (handy when troubleshooting).
3. Core updates — update WordPress core to the latest version.
4. Test the site afterwards; if something breaks, deactivate the last plugin you changed or restore a backup.

Tips

• Update on staging first for major changes (see Use a staging site).
• Keep plugins and core up to date for security.

Troubleshooting

• White screen / error after update — deactivate all plugins, then re-activate one by one to find the culprit; or restore a backup.
• Change not visible — purge the cache.
