Create a mailbox

Before you start

You need an email plan on a domain. If you don't have one, choose an email plan (or use the free email included with hosting) from the Email page.

Create a single mailbox

  1. Go to Email → [your domain].
  2. Click Add mailbox (or open Mailboxes → New).
  3. Enter the address (e.g. you@yourdomain.com), then set a password — use Generate for a strong one.
  4. Save. The mailbox is ready to use in webmail and any mail app.

Create mailboxes in bulk

On the domain's mailbox page, choose the bulk option to add several addresses at once.

Use your mailbox

  • Webmail — click Open Webmail on the domain page.
  • Mail apps — connect Outlook, Apple Mail, or Gmail with standard IMAP/SMTP settings.

Troubleshooting

  • Can't send or receive? — make sure your email DNS (MX, SPF, DKIM) is set up and verified (see Set up email DNS).
  • Hit your mailbox limit? — upgrade your plan or add storage on the domain page.
