Build a form and embed it

Create the form

1. Go to Forms and create a new form (or open an existing one).
2. Add fields (text, email, dropdown, etc.), mark which are required, and set a success message.
3. Style it with your brand colour and optional custom CSS; use the live preview to check it.

Add it to your website

• Embed code — copy the snippet and paste it into any page.
• WordPress — connect via Contact Form 7 or the Orvoro Forms plugin.

Troubleshooting

• Form not showing — make sure you pasted the full embed code and the form is active.
• Submissions not arriving — check the form's routing actions (see Route form submissions).
