Add or update a payment method
Add or update a payment method Add a card 1. Go to Payment methods in your dashboard. 2. Click Add and enter your card details in the secure form. 3. Save. Your card is stored with our payment processor (Stripe) — Orvoro never sees full card numbers. Set a default Mark one card as the default so renewals and one-click purchases use it automatically. Remove a card Click Remove next to a card you no longer use. Keep at least one valid card if you have active subscriptions. Troubleshooting - Card rejected — confirm the number, expiry, CVC, and billing details; make sure it allows recurring charges. - Renewal failed — add a valid card, then retry the charge from Billing. Choose a plan and check out
Choose a plan and check out Steps 1. Browse a service page — Hosting, Domains, Email, or Email Marketing — and pick a plan. 2. Choose your billing term (for example monthly or yearly). Yearly terms usually cost less per month. 3. Click Add to cart, then open your Cart. 4. Review the order summary: subtotal, any discount or sale price, taxes, and Due now. 5. If you're not signed in, you'll be prompted to create your account to pay. 6. Enter or select a payment method and click Pay. You'll see "Payment successful" and your service is provisioned. Good to know - Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). - Some items have optional add-ons (for example domain privacy or email-marketing packs) you can toggle in the cart. Troubleshooting - Payment declined — check the card details and that it allows online/recurring charges, then retry or add another card. - Wrong term or item — remove it from the cart and re-add with the correct option. Manage renewals and auto-renew
Manage renewals and auto-renew The Renewal page groups your Hosting & services and Domains separately so you can control each. Turn auto-renew on or off 1. Go to Renewal in your dashboard. 2. For any product, toggle Auto-renew (charges your default card at expiry) or set it to Manual. 3. For domains you can also use Set all domains to auto-renew or manual at once. Renew now Click Renew 1yr on a product to extend it immediately instead of waiting for expiry. Cancel a service Click Cancel on a service. It keeps running until its expiry date, then stops — you won't be charged again. Cancelled items appear under "Cancelled — won't renew." Restore a cancelled service Before it expires, click Restore / Keep to re-enable renewal. Troubleshooting - Don't want to lose data? — restore before the expiry date; after expiry the service is deactivated and later purged. - Renewal didn't charge — check your payment method is valid and set as default.
