Add or update a payment method
Add a card
- Go to Payment methods in your dashboard.
- Click Add and enter your card details in the secure form.
- Save. Your card is stored with our payment processor (Stripe) — Orvoro never sees full card numbers.
Set a default
Mark one card as the default so renewals and one-click purchases use it automatically.
Remove a card
Click Remove next to a card you no longer use. Keep at least one valid card if you have active subscriptions.
Troubleshooting
- Card rejected — confirm the number, expiry, CVC, and billing details; make sure it allows recurring charges.
- Renewal failed — add a valid card, then retry the charge from Billing.
