Route form submissions
Decide what happens when someone submits your form.
Options
- Open Forms → [your form] and configure its actions:
- Email — send each submission to one or more addresses.
- Subscribe to a marketing group — add the respondent to an Email Marketing list. Include a consent option so you meet CASL requirements.
- Webhook — POST the submission to an external URL for your own integrations.
- Save. Test by submitting the form and checking each destination.
Good to know
- Only subscribe respondents to marketing when they've consented; the form can capture that consent.
- Webhook payloads can be signature-verified on your end.
Troubleshooting
- No email received — check spam and the destination address; confirm the email action is enabled.
- Not added to the list — make sure the subscribe action points to the right group and consent is captured.
