Add a passkey or security key

Add a passkey or security key Passkeys let you sign in with your device's biometrics or a hardware security key — no password to type or phish. Steps 1. Go to Settings → Security → Passkeys & security keys. 2. Click Add passkey. 3. Follow your device's prompt to confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello, or your hardware security key (e.g. YubiKey). 4. The passkey appears in your list. Add more than one (for example your phone and a laptop) so you always have a backup. Sign in with a passkey On the login screen, click Passkeys & security keys and confirm with your biometric or key. Remove a passkey In the same settings section, click Remove next to any passkey you no longer use. Troubleshooting - Button does nothing / not supported — use an up-to-date browser; passkeys need a device with biometrics or a security key. - New device? — add a passkey on it, or sign in with your password + 2FA first. Create your Orvoro account

Create your Orvoro account Creating an account takes about two minutes. You'll need a valid email address; business accounts also need company and billing details. Steps 1. Go to orvoro.com and click Get started, or go directly to orvoro.com/auth/register. 2. Choose your account type: - Personal — for individuals. - Business — adds fields for your organization name, billing email, business phone, and address. 3. Enter your first name, last name, email address, and (optionally) a username, then pick your country. 4. Create a password. It must be at least 12 characters and include an uppercase letter, a number, and a special character. Type it again to confirm. 5. Tick the box to accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. 6. Click Create account. You're signed in automatically and taken to your dashboard. 7. Verify your email — open the email we send and click the verification link. See Verify your email address. Recommended next steps - Turn on two-factor authentication for extra security (Set up two-factor authentication). - Choose a plan and check out to start hosting, register a domain, or set up email. Troubleshooting - "Password doesn't meet requirements" — use 12+ characters with an uppercase letter, a number, and a special character. - "Email already in use" — you may already have an account. Use Log in, or Reset your password. - No verification email? — check your spam folder, then resend it from your dashboard. Log in to Orvoro Steps 1. Go to orvoro.com/auth/login. 2. In the identifier field, enter your email address, username, or Profile ID. 3. Enter your password (use the show/hide icon to check it), then click Log in. 4. If prompted for a second step, complete it: - Authenticator code — enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app. - Email sign-in code — enter the one-time code we email you. Log in with a passkey or security key If you've added a passkey, click Passkeys & security keys on the login screen and confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello, or your hardware key — no password needed. Troubleshooting - Forgot your password? — click Forgot password? and follow Reset your password. - Lost your 2FA device? — use a saved recovery code, or contact support with your support PIN. - Don't know your Profile ID? — use your email address instead; your Profile ID is shown in Settings → Profile. Reset your password If you're locked out 1. Go to orvoro.com/auth/login and click Forgot password? 2. Enter the email address on your account and submit. We'll email you a reset link. 3. Open the email and click the link (it's time-limited — request a new one if it expires). 4. Enter a new password (12+ characters, with an uppercase letter, a number, and a special character) and confirm it. 5. Click Reset password, then log in with your new password. If you're already signed in Go to Settings → Security → Password, enter your current password and a new password, then save. Troubleshooting - No reset email? — check spam; make sure you entered the exact email on the account. - Link expired? — request a new one from Forgot password? Set up two-factor authentication (2FA)

Set up two-factor authentication (2FA) Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a one-time code from an authenticator app on top of your password. Before you start Install an authenticator app on your phone (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password). Steps 1. Go to Settings → Security → Two-factor and click Set up. 2. In your authenticator app, scan the QR code shown. Can't scan? Copy the setup key and enter it manually. 3. Your app now shows a 6-digit code that refreshes every 30 seconds. Enter the current code and click Verify & enable. 4. Save your recovery codes somewhere safe — they let you sign in if you lose your phone. Turn it off Go to Settings → Security → Two-factor and confirm with a current code to disable it. Other options - Email two-step verification — get a one-time sign-in code by email instead. - Passkeys — sign in with Face ID / Touch ID / a security key (see Add a passkey). Troubleshooting - "Invalid code" — your phone's clock may be off; enable automatic time, then try the newest code. - Lost your device? — use a recovery code, or contact support with your support PIN. Set your support verification PIN

Set your support verification PIN A support PIN lets our team confirm your identity before making account changes — protecting you from anyone impersonating you. Steps 1. Go to Settings → Security → Support verification PIN. 2. Enter a 4–6 digit PIN and save it. 3. Keep it private. When you contact support, we may ask for this PIN to verify you. Change it Return to the same section and set a new PIN at any time. Troubleshooting - Forgot your PIN? — set a new one from Settings → Security while signed in. - Never set one? — support can verify you other ways, but a PIN is faster and safer. Verify your email address

Verify your email address Verifying your email confirms you own the address and lets us send you billing and security notices. Steps 1. After signing up, check your inbox for an email from Orvoro. 2. Click the verification link. You'll land on a confirmation page that shows "Email verified ✓". 3. Click Go to dashboard. Resend the email If it didn't arrive, open your dashboard and use the resend option, or go to Settings → Profile. Verification links are time-limited, so use the most recent email. Troubleshooting - Nothing in your inbox? — check spam/junk and any filters. - "Link expired or invalid" — resend the verification email and click the newest link. - Wrong email on file? — change it in Settings → Profile → Change email (password required), then verify the new address.
