View invoices and order history
Find your invoices
- Go to Billing in your dashboard.
- See your invoices and their status (paid, open). Open an invoice to view or download it as a receipt.
- If something is unpaid, click Pay now and confirm with your payment method.
Order history
Go to Orders to see a chronological list of everything you've purchased.
Troubleshooting
- Invoice shows unpaid after paying — refresh; if it persists, check the charge in Payment methods and contact support with the invoice number.
- Need a tax/business receipt — invoices include your billing details; set them under Settings → Accounts for a business account.
