Create a branded email template
Steps
- Go to Marketing → Email → Templates and click Add template.
- Start from a ready-made template, then customize: add your logo, set your brand colour, and edit the content.
- Use the live preview to see how it looks as you edit.
- Save. Reuse the template across campaigns for a consistent look.
Tips
- Keep it simple and mobile-friendly; a single clear call-to-action performs best.
- Add your logo via your brand settings so it appears consistently.
Troubleshooting
- Logo not showing — re-upload it and check the image isn't too large.
- Looks off on mobile — preview on mobile width; avoid very wide fixed images.
