Manage renewals and auto-renew

The Renewal page groups your Hosting & services and Domains separately so you can control each.

Turn auto-renew on or off

1. Go to Renewal in your dashboard.
2. For any product, toggle Auto-renew (charges your default card at expiry) or set it to Manual.
3. For domains you can also use Set all domains to auto-renew or manual at once.

Renew now

Click Renew 1yr on a product to extend it immediately instead of waiting for expiry.

Cancel a service

Click Cancel on a service. It keeps running until its expiry date, then stops — you won't be charged again. Cancelled items appear under "Cancelled — won't renew."

Restore a cancelled service

Before it expires, click Restore / Keep to re-enable renewal.

Troubleshooting

• Don't want to lose data? — restore before the expiry date; after expiry the service is deactivated and later purged.
• Renewal didn't charge — check your payment method is valid and set as default.
