Reset your password

If you're locked out

1. Go to orvoro.com/auth/login and click Forgot password?
2. Enter the email address on your account and submit. We'll email you a reset link.
3. Open the email and click the link (it's time-limited — request a new one if it expires).
4. Enter a new password (12+ characters, with an uppercase letter, a number, and a special character) and confirm it.
5. Click Reset password, then log in with your new password.

If you're already signed in

Go to Settings → Security → Password, enter your current password and a new password, then save.

Troubleshooting

• No reset email? — check spam; make sure you entered the exact email on the account.
• Link expired? — request a new one from Forgot password?
