# Set your support verification PIN

A support PIN lets our team confirm your identity before making account changes — protecting you from anyone impersonating you.

## Steps

1. Go to **Settings → Security → Support verification PIN**.
2. Enter a **4–6 digit PIN** and save it.
3. Keep it private. When you contact support, we may ask for this PIN to verify you.

## Change it

Return to the same section and set a new PIN at any time.

## Troubleshooting

- **Forgot your PIN?** — set a new one from **Settings → Security** while signed in.
- **Never set one?** — support can verify you other ways, but a PIN is faster and safer.
