# Reset your password

## If you're locked out

1. Go to `orvoro.com/auth/login` and click **Forgot password?**
2. Enter the **email address** on your account and submit. We'll email you a reset link.
3. Open the email and click the link (it's time-limited — request a new one if it expires).
4. Enter a **new password** (12+ characters, with an uppercase letter, a number, and a special character) and confirm it.
5. Click **Reset password**, then log in with your new password.

## If you're already signed in

Go to **Settings → Security → Password**, enter your **current password** and a **new password**, then save.

## Troubleshooting

- **No reset email?** — check spam; make sure you entered the exact email on the account.
- **Link expired?** — request a new one from **Forgot password?**
