# Manage renewals and auto-renew

The **Renewal** page groups your **Hosting & services** and **Domains** separately so you can control each.

## Turn auto-renew on or off

1. Go to **Renewal** in your dashboard.
2. For any product, toggle **Auto-renew** (charges your default card at expiry) or set it to **Manual**.
3. For domains you can also use **Set all domains to** auto-renew or manual at once.

## Renew now

Click **Renew 1yr** on a product to extend it immediately instead of waiting for expiry.

## Cancel a service

Click **Cancel** on a service. It keeps running until its **expiry date**, then stops — you won't be charged again. Cancelled items appear under **"Cancelled — won't renew."**

## Restore a cancelled service

Before it expires, click **Restore / Keep** to re-enable renewal.

## Troubleshooting

- **Don't want to lose data?** — restore before the expiry date; after expiry the service is deactivated and later purged.
- **Renewal didn't charge** — check your **payment method** is valid and set as default.
