# Create a branded email template

## Steps

1. Go to **Marketing → Email → Templates** and click **Add template**.
2. Start from a ready-made template, then customize: add your **logo**, set your **brand colour**, and edit the content.
3. Use the **live preview** to see how it looks as you edit.
4. Save. Reuse the template across campaigns for a consistent look.

## Tips

- Keep it simple and mobile-friendly; a single clear call-to-action performs best.
- Add your logo via your brand settings so it appears consistently.

## Troubleshooting

- **Logo not showing** — re-upload it and check the image isn't too large.
- **Looks off on mobile** — preview on mobile width; avoid very wide fixed images.
