# Add or update a payment method

## Add a card

1. Go to **Payment methods** in your dashboard.
2. Click **Add** and enter your card details in the secure form.
3. Save. Your card is stored with our payment processor (Stripe) — Orvoro never sees full card numbers.

## Set a default

Mark one card as the **default** so renewals and one-click purchases use it automatically.

## Remove a card

Click **Remove** next to a card you no longer use. Keep at least one valid card if you have active subscriptions.

## Troubleshooting

- **Card rejected** — confirm the number, expiry, CVC, and billing details; make sure it allows recurring charges.
- **Renewal failed** — add a valid card, then retry the charge from **Billing**.
