# Uptime monitoring, notifications & status

## Uptime monitoring

Go to **Monitoring** to see your sites' uptime and any incidents ("All systems operational" when healthy). Orvoro watches your sites so issues are caught early.

## Notifications

Open **Notifications** to see account and service alerts. Mark items read, or **mark all read**. The **Timeline** shows a chronological feed of account activity.

## Platform status

Check **orvoro.com/status** for the overall Orvoro platform status and any ongoing incidents affecting the service as a whole.

## Troubleshooting

- **Site shown down but it loads for me** — it may be intermittent or regional; check again shortly and review the incident details.
- **Not getting notifications** — confirm your account email is verified and check your notification preferences.
