# Log in to Orvoro

## Steps

1. Go to `orvoro.com/auth/login`.
2. In the identifier field, enter your **email address, username, or Profile ID**.
3. Enter your **password** (use the show/hide icon to check it), then click **Log in**.
4. If prompted for a second step, complete it:
   - **Authenticator code** — enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
   - **Email sign-in code** — enter the one-time code we email you.

## Log in with a passkey or security key

If you've added a passkey, click **Passkeys & security keys** on the login screen and confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello, or your hardware key — no password needed.

## Troubleshooting

- **Forgot your password?** — click **Forgot password?** and follow *Reset your password*.
- **Lost your 2FA device?** — use a saved recovery code, or contact support with your **support PIN**.
- **Don't know your Profile ID?** — use your email address instead; your Profile ID is shown in **Settings → Profile**.
